The staff shall assist in the development and conducting of stakeholder analyses, impact analyses, and implementation planning. The Change Implementation SME shall also provide input on the associated risks resulting from the change activities in the organization and to the Veteran Community.ResponsibilitiesThe Change Management SME will perform tasks requiring the knowledge and skills for a multidisciplinary approach to managing change and transition within organizations, programs, and projects.Tasks may include:Developing plans associated with transition management, implementation of major initiatives, communications associated with major initiatives, risk assessment, and organizational transformation and culture change.Completing change management assessments and change management strategy.Identifying and managing anticipated resistance.Creating actionable deliverables, such as a communication plan, roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, or resistance management planSupporting and engaging senior leaders; supporting organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilitiesIntegrating change management activities into project plan, and evaluating and ensuring user readinessManaging stakeholdersTracking and reporting issuesDefining and measuring success metrics and monitoring change progressExcellence in executive-level oral and written communications (briefings, presentations, and strategic documentation)Manage day-to-day client relationships and communications and represent ERPi at client progress meetings and briefings.Prepare progress reports and client briefings.Prepare quality project deliverables.Help to plan and execute program within client governance structure.Support client growth initiatives by identifying additional opportunities and scoping/responding to follow-on tasks.Required Skills and Experience:Master’s degree with 8+ years of related experience or a Bachelor’s degree with¬†12+ years of relevant experienceExperience conducting stakeholder analyses, impact analyses, and implementation planningExperience with change activities in healthcare organizations and the Veteran CommunityProven ability to execute executive-level oral and written communications (briefings, presentations, and strategic documentation)Strong analytical skills with ability to define, collect, and analyze data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and make logical decisions.Strong organization and prioritization skillsExcellent written, verbal and presentation skills.Proven experience developing detailed project plans, project budgets, resource plans, and risk management plans.Desired Skills and Experience:Prosci Certification a plusDepartment of Veterans Affairs experiencePMP Certification desirable
