The purpose of the Business Analysts is to work with end users, product owners, developers and business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements and business processes. Prepares and/or maintains detailed documentation pertaining to programming, systems operations, and requirements. Achieves and maintains subject matter expertise relevant to functional areas. Works with product teams and product mangers to implement changes and enhancements to applications.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport: Knowledge of business processes and technologies for assigned product line. Works with product owners, product teams, and other ITS teams to troubleshoot, analyze, gather requirements, and propose resolutions. Communicates potential impact of solutions. Executes solutions. Tests independently and in collaboration with product owners (30%).Consulting/Enhancing: Works with product owners, product teams, product managers, and vendors to understand business needs and vendor product roadmaps. Documents requirements into functional and technical specifications using a variety of business analytic techniques. Recommends solutions to product owners.
