Position:Operations AssociateReports To: Director Digital OperationsIndustry Experience: 0 – 1 year The position:The Operations Associate supports the media and account teams with financial and operational processes. Business Responsibilities:• Become familiar with planning tool & process, client billing process, and training documentation• Assist with monthly client budget reporting and billing for assigned clients• Liaise between the investment teams and billing department to ensure financials are in order and clients are billed accurately • Ensure that client accounts are in good financial standing and invoices are processed for payment with in payment terms• Manage invoice discrepancy resolution• Provide assistance on media billing questions from Finance • Assist teams with troubleshooting billing issues and errors• Other responsibilities as assignedPeople Responsibilities• Ability to work in a team environment that promotes collaboration • Strong customer service skills • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels• Ability to work successfully within a team as well as independently • Establish and maintain effective relationships interdependently as well as with those outside the team Skills and Behaviors• Effective time management skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize• Detailed-oriented• Able to produce high quality work within a fast paced, dynamic environment • Advanced proficiency with Excel and proficiency with MS Word• Knowledge of Mediaocean (DDS Systems), Print Pac and Ad Buyer tools preferred• Excellent math, verbal, and written skills• Qualifications and other relevant information: • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience: preferred concentration in accounting or finance At OPENMIND we feature our Pervasive Performance model to drive revenue and long-term value for our clients.
