On November 6th, J.P. Morgan AI & Machine Learning will be at UC Berkeley to speak about how J.P. Morgan leverages AI, Machine Learning and Data Science in pursuit of impactful real world applications.

We will be hosting a Tech Talk, followed by Q&A and opportunities to network with AI & ML team members.

**Campus recruiting will be on-site to discuss the summer internship program for PhD & Master’s students.**

Tech Talk

Title: Reinforcement learning for algorithmic execution and multi-agent limit order book simulations
Host: Svitlana Vyetrenko, AI Research Lead

Speaker Bio: Dr. Svitlana Vyetrenko is a Vice President and Artificial Intelligence Research Lead at JP Morgan Chase. She holds a PhD in Applied and Computational Mathematics from California Institute of Technology. She was previously a Vice President in Macro Linear Quantitative Research at JP Morgan Chase; and an Associate in Equity Strategies at Goldman Sachs. Her current research interests are multi-agent market simulations; applications of machine learning methods to algorithmic execution and market microstructure research; time series forecasting and reinforcement learning. Her recent research on algorithmic execution agent construction via reinforcement learning and multi-agent limit order book simulator design was published and presented at ICML and NeurIPS.
