The Department of Industrial Engineering & Operations Research congratulates Evan Gong for winning the Jengyee Prize – Leadership for a Better World.
Evan Gong, a junior studying political Economy and German, is awarded for his notable contributions in advocating for legislation that significantly expanded personal finance education. He was inspired to engage with this issue after realizing the problematic gap in practical, interdisciplinary skills that would prepare students to succeed in the real world.
